Your request must be made within 30 days of the delivery date.
The item must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
You must provide a valid proof of purchase.
⚠️ Note: Returns are not accepted for the SuperBox Elite Series, or for devices showing signs of physical damage, water exposure, or misuse.
Yes, we accept exchanges under the following conditions:
Exchange requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.
We only replace items that are defective or damaged upon arrival.
If you need to exchange your item for the same model, contact us at support@superboxtv.shop with photos and your order number.
You will be responsible for shipping the item back unless the issue is caused by product defects or shipping damage.

Please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Please allow additional time for your bank to process the refund.
All SuperBox devices come with a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects.
Warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, water damage, or unauthorized repairs.
Returns and exchanges are only accepted for items purchased directly from our official store.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for items purchased through third-party sellers.
Incomplete, damaged, or used items may result in a partial refund or refusal.
