We offer a 1 Year Warranty on all SuperBox if you purchased from our site. If you experience any issues with your streaming media player, please send an email to support@superboxtv.shop. First, our technical support sees if we can help diagnose the issue. If need be, the unit can be sent to us. Once received, we will fix the issues that you were experiencing and send the original unit back to you or exchange your player for another unit, or rebuild one (at our discretion). This does not include any items that have water damage or any physical damage.
If your warranty period gets expired, you can still send the device to us for repair at a separate cost. You're still able to enjoy the service once the device has been fixed. During the time of repair, we'll offer an account to maintain your service.
The process for returns is as follows:

And submit your request on Our Return Center https://superbox.returnscenter.com/.
To be eligible for a return, your SuperBox must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. You must email us a picture showing the problem/defect after submitting the return/exchange request online.
We will determine if you are eligible for a return - if you are, we will send you a form to include in your return package. The customer is responsible for any costs associated with returning a product within 30 days.
Once we receive the return, we will process it accordingly. The processing time generally takes approximately 3-5 business days. Once we receive your return, you will receive an update via email from our returns department, letting you know that we have received your product and how the process is going. We will issue refunds the day the product has been received and reviewed for completeness.
* - Return shipping costs for items returned for a refund within 30 days are paid for by the customer. This includes all international orders. The return will be shipped it back to our warehouse in California, US.
* - Items with physical damage are not eligible for return or refund. Items received in poor condition, including dirt, food remnants, or anything else gross, may be returned to the sender at Superbox discretion for proper cleaning by the owner. Please do not send back items that are gross or are undesirable to touch.
* - Superbox does not accept returns due to any particular application not working correctly unless we mistakenly tell you that it will work or we advertise that it works. If you need a specific application to work, please email us at Superboxx.com, and we can test the specific application for you to see if it works properly.
* - Superbox does not allow returns because you did not research what you are buying. All of our Streaming Media Players run the Android operating system so that you can use Android applications on your TV. Our devices are not cable boxes and do not provide any content outside of the applications you install and use. Please email us at info at superboxtv. Shop if you have questions about or products before purchase.
Refunds are issued within 72 hours from when the box was received through the same payment method used to purchase the original product.
*- Third Party Vendors - Any purchases of any Superbox products from a third party are not able to be returned to Superbox for a refund in any way. All refunds and returns on products purchased from a third-party vendor must be handled between the customer and the third-party vendor. Any products shipped to Superbox for a return or refund purchased from a third-party vendor will not be honored. If the customer wishes to have the product or products shipped back to them, they will be responsible for paying for the return shipping. Any products returned to Superbox purchased from a third-party vendor that the customer does not pay return shipping will be considered abandoned in 7 calendar days. These rules apply even if a Superbox technician mistakenly sends a customer a return form thinking that the product was purchased directly from us. The customer's sole responsibility is to verify where they purchased the product before sending it back to Superbox.
