Shipping policy

GENERAL INFORMATION

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames we advertise, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is critical for ensuring timely delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.

 

PROCESSING TIME

All orders are subject to processing time that is separate and apart from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been picked up from our fulfillment center by the applicable carrier. Depending on a number of factors, standard domestic and international orders may take up to 1-2 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays) to process.

 

SHIPPING RATES & TIMELINES

All orders in Canada will ship from our fulfillment center near Hong Kong International Airport. The estimated shipping period to Canada via DHL Express is 3-7 business days.

All orders in the U.S. will ship from our fulfillment center in CA 91710. The estimated shipping period is 1-5 business days via UPS.

When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

There are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; the delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company.

 

DELIVERY CLAIMS

If you are experiencing a non-delivery or your tracking information states that your package was delivered by the carrier but you have not received it; you must contact us within 10 days to file a claim。

We will assist you in working with the carrier to complete the claims process. Please note: Claims can take up to 30 days to complete (depending on the shipping carrier used).

We do not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.

 

TRACKING

We provide tracking for every order. Tracking will be available once your product is shipped. Each individual product may be shipped from different fulfillment centers across the globe as our product research team spends the time to source for quality yet affordable products.

Custom Charge


We promise that your orders don't come with an extra charge. So if you come across custom clearance with an extra fee, to ensure delivery on time, please make the payment, and send us the proof of the bill, we will make a refund with the same amount.

 

CHANGE OR CANCEL

We start working on your order as soon as you submit it, therefore it's very unlikely that we are able to change or cancel it. If your order was made in the last 24 hours, please contact us and we will do our best to make it happen.
