Here is to inform you that our server fully recovered.
In case it wouldn't work for some boxes, a complete reboot of the device would be helpful. The Last resort is to uninstall and re-install Apps.
However, it should be working well now.
According to our team, this happened because the rapidly increasing traffic caused the streaming software system to have a bug.
